The Latimore Township Zoning Hearing Board met on Thursday, May 23, 2002 at the municipal building. Board members present included Steve Gotwols and Kenneth Buohl. Attorney Guy P. Beneventano presided as solicitor. Chairperson Gotwols called the hearing to order at 7:00 PM EST.
Chairperson Gotwols announced Board member David Lockard has resigned.
A hearing is being held to hear the application #2002.01 with regards to Barry E. Myers & Debra A. Myers requesting a dimensional variance under section 908 of the Latimore Twp. Zoning Ordinance for a garage addition.
Barry Myers presented his application for his dimensional variance. He presented testimony with descriptions of his land, buildings and proposed use. After board questioning, he would not consider revised plans for his garage.
Ken Buohl made a motion to deny this application, Second by Steve Gotwols, all in favor.
A hearing is being held to hear the application #2002.02 with regards to Terry R. Rickert, Robert L. Junkins and M. Everett Weiser and Olive Weiser for a challenge of the validity of amendments made to the Latimore Twp. Zoning Ordinance on March 4, 2002.
Attorney Charles M. Shure representing the applicants presented the applicant to the board.
M. Everett Weiser, Terry Rickert, Larry Dost and Charles Dove gave testimony and various Exhibits were entered into evidence. Upon the conclusion of testimony, Ken Buohl made a motion for a continuance, second by Chairperson Gotwols, all in favor.
Chairman Gotwols adjourned the hearings at 8:30 PM
