The advertised regular monthly meeting of the Latimore Township Park Board was held on May 4, 2005 at the Latimore Township Building at 559 Old U.S. Route 15 York Springs, PA 17372. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by Chairman Samuel Giardullo.

In attendance: Chairman Samuel Giardullo, Vice Chairman and Financial Secretary Elwood Myers, Field and Safety Robert Garlin, Secretary Lynn Schoppaul and Michael Juliana.
Absent: League Facilitator Robert Descheemaeker, Debra McHugh

Status of the Park Board Account: $3,319.40.
Old Business:
1. Status of the sale of score board advertising space.- letters were sent out, no reponses received. Chairman Sam Giardullo will contact the existing advertisers to make sure they do not wish to continue advertising in the park before the signs are taken down.
2. The food vendor is not ready to start selling at the park due to her trailer being damaged. As soon as it is repaired, she will be available to start selling food at the park some week days and Saturdays. Chairman Sam Giardullo will contact her to confirm when she will be able to start.
3. Two bids were received for mowing the areas of the park not being mowed by the Soccer League's contractor. A motion was made by Michael Juliana,m 2nd by Robert Garlin to move on the bids. The meeting was recessed for 40 minutes while the actual wording of the advertised bid was obtained. On resumption of the meeting, the bid was awarded to WD Lawn Service.
New Business:
1. A work day was scheduled for Saturday, May 21st at 12:00 noon to work on maintenance projects in the park.
2. The pump on the sprayer needs to be replaced. Motion by Micheal Juliana, 2nd by Robert Garlin to spend up to $100 to fix the pump was carried.
3. A letter from the DCNR was received stating that Latimore Park Board did not receive the grant applied for. It will be resubmitted for next year.
