The advertised regular monthly meeting of the Latimore Township Park Board was held on June 1, 2005 at the Latimore Township Building at 559 Old U.S. Route 15 York Springs, PA 17372. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by Chairman Samuel Giardullo.

In attendance: Chairman Samuel Giardullo, Vice Chairman and Financial Secretary Elwood Myers, Field and Safety Robert Garlin, and Michael Juliana.
Absent: League Facilitator Robert Descheemaeker, Debra McHugh and Secretary Lynn Schoppaul

Status of the Park Board Account: $8360.12
Old Business:
1. Status of food vendor for Saturday Sales - Valena will contact the food vender to find out the status of trailer repair and give Chairman her contact number to set up schedule.
2. Status of Softball field - The field needs to be dragged and prepared - Bases, Pitcher mound and Liner machine were purchased.
3. Review park work day needs - New date will be set for park work day in August..
New Business:
1. Update on Security camera and surveillance equipment needs were tabled till July 6, meeting.
Bills List: Motion to pay the bills, Elwood Myers, 2nd Robert Garlin. Motion carried.
