LATIMORE TOWNSHIP PARK BOARD MINUTES
April 6, 2005
The advertised regular monthly meeting of the Latimore Township Park Board was held on April 6, 2005 at the Latimore Township Building at 559 Old U.S. Route 15 York Springs, PA 17372. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by Chairman Samuel Giardullo.
Pledge of Allegiance
In attendance: Chairman Samuel Giardullo, Vice Chairman and Financial Secretary Elwood Myers, Field and Safety Robert Garlin, and Michael Juliana.
Absent: League Facilitator Robert Descheemaeker, Debra McHugh, Secretary Lynn Schoppaul
Minutes of the March 2, 2004 meeting approved as read, Motion Elwood Myers 2nd Michael Juliana
Status of the Park Board Account: $3,557.35
Old Business:
1. Field use and maintenance fees. Tabled till next month
2. Scheduled field use leagues and organizations. Need to contact Scoccer Commissioner.
3. Letters sent to the scoreboard space advertisers. No response from any of them
4. Food vendor for Sales on Saturday, also Monday and Tuesday evening. Not totally ready yet.
New Business:
1. Advertising for grass mowing contract will be in the paper this month, must have the bids to the Township Office by May 4, 2005 before 3:00 P.M.
Bills List: Motion to pay the bills, Elwood Myers 2nd Robert Garlin, Motion carried.
