Regular Meeting
November 14, 2005
Chairman Daniel Worley called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. and led everyone present in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
Present: Chairman Daniel Worley, Vice-Chairman Larry Dost, Supervisor Elwood Myers, Engineer John Shambaugh, and Secretary Valena Garlin.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES AND TREASURER'S REPORT
Chairman Dan Worley made a motion seconded by Supervisor Larry Dost to approve the minutes from the October 10, 2005 meeting, the October 25, 2005 special meeting and the Treasurer's report of October 31, 2005. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
COMMITTEE REPORTS
Police Commissioner Gary Baker reported that everything is running pretty smooth other than the truck accident today on Route 15.
Supervisor Woody Myers reported the road crew has been grading roads and fixing pot holes.
ENGINEERING REPORT

PLANNING COMMISSION
No modules or plans.
NEW BUSINESS
Chairman Dan Worley made a motion to advertise for sealed bids for used equipment: John Deer Tractor with a Broom and a Ford Tractor. The secretary has the specifications. Supervisor Woody Myers seconded the motion. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
Dan Worley made a motion seconded by Larry Dost to advertise the 2006 proposed budget for $574, 380.00. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
Dan Worley made a motion seconded by Woody Myers to pay the employees other than the supervisors a small Christmas bonus of $25.00. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
BILL LIST
Larry Dost made a motion seconded by Woody Myers to accept the bill list as submitted. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
PUBLIC COMMENT
Everett Weiser asked about the equipment that will be put out for bid. Supervisor Woody Myers said a new tractor will be bought. The township has saved money and will not have to borrow to buy the new tractor.
Dan Worley made a motion seconded by Larry Dost to adjourn. Meeting was adjourned at 6:12 p.m.
